With the new “RealWear Cloud” Navigator 500, HMT-1 and HMT-1Z1 can now be managed centrally. The free version “Workspace Basic” (formerly “Foresight”) offers useful analyses and basic management functions, with the extended and paid version “Workspace Pro” one gets even more remote management options. As the successor to the Foresight platform, the RealWear Cloud offers an improved user interface and performance.
Device Management and Support
Not only does the RealWear Cloud provide easy access to over 200 apps optimized for voice commands, but firmware updates on the devices can now be made with the help of a few clicks – and when the data glasses are online.
Particularly useful in pilot projects is the detailed analysis of device usage. By combining user:inside experience reports with data from the RealWear Cloud, efficiency gains and opportunities for improvement are more clearly evident. In this way, well-founded decisions can be made and the evaluation process decisively accelerated.
Direct support for users is possible with the remote support functions. By providing easy access to the devices via an integrated TeamViewer interface, questions and problems can be solved much faster.
Soon available are the possibilities to lock the devices in case of loss or theft or to delete all data remotely.
