Technology for a variety of fields of application
The battery lasts for more then 8 hours. The battery is removable and the HMT-1 has a power manager with integrated "warm swappable" function. Thus, if necessary, the battery can be exchanged during operation without resetting of any applications or rebooting the wearable HMT-1 itself.
No SDK
There is no need for a separate SDK kit. For example, you can install apps on the HMT-1 using the included RealWear Explorer, a desktop application for Windows® and iOS®.

Voice recognition to control of the HMT-1 is hardware-based and works both offline and online. You might need to connect to networks or third-party devices to retrieve current Information, using WiFi or Bluetooth.
