The HMT-1, HMT-1Z1 and Navigator 500 have a standard 3.5mm audio output. This means you can, for example, plug in the headphones from your Android smartphone. You can also connect headphones to the smartglasses via Bluetooth.
Please note that the integrated microphones are automatically turned off when plugged in or connected to the respective standard headphones.
The “Ear Buds” specially developed by RealWear do not have a microphone. Thus, only the built-in microphones of the head mounted tablet / navigator are used. These suppress noise of up to 33dB.
